I had an amazing stay at the resort. The chalet was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the staff provided excellent service. They were always available whenever I needed assistance. The resort had great facilities, including a swimming pool and braai facilities. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a mall just 5km away from the chalets. It was the perfect place for a family vacation, as my kids loved the resort and enjoyed visiting the nearby attractions.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. There were reports of dirty bed sheets, cobwebs in the rooms, and mold in the bathrooms.

The resort is conveniently located near a mall that is just 5 km away from the chalets, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. some of the rooms offer a beautiful view of the pool, providing a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
The overall cleanliness of the resort, including the kitchen, blankets, and towels, left much to be desired, according to guest reviews.

Beautiful Scenery & Great Food! the surroundings of the hotel were absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed waking up to peaceful views and it was very relaxing to take a walk around the area. the food in the restaurant was surprisingly delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including vegetarian dishes. We also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store nearby for any small items that we needed.
Facilities need improvement & electricity issues the jacuzzi was not working and the tap water was discolored, which was unsettling. We had to rely on bottled water for everything.
